We process personal data for the purpose of debt purchase in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interests consist (i) in the acquisition of debt purchase portfolios, (ii) the collection of our receivables by ourselves or by third parties commissioned by us.

Personal data is also processed for the purpose of compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable, e.g. applicable tax legislation, money laundering and fraud prevention, in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.

We process the following categories of data: Master data, contact data, contract data,  receivables data, payment information. Data under those categories was transmitted to us by the original creditor or one of the recipients named below.

In the course of our activities, we have and/or will disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients as appropriate: debt buyers, credit service providers, service providers, third party debtors, courts, bailiffs, lawyers, debt management companies.

We may retain your personal data for different periods of time depending on the purposes for which they are required to be retained.  Creditable will process personal data for as long as we have a transaction or business relationship with you (or with a legal entity which you represent or of which you are the ultimate beneficiary). We will further process them for the time period permitted by the law, so as we can handle or respond to any questions or comply with our regulatory obligations and/or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. In case of ongoing litigation we shall process them at least until an irreversible court decision has been issued.

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: right to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing based on Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Finally, in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to submit complaints to the competent Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, P.C. 115 23, Athens, Greece, or to the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence.

The Controller has designated the company “doValue Greece Loans and Credits Claim Management Société Anonyme” with distinct title “doValue Greece” (hereinafter doValue Greece), whose registered office is at 27 Kyprou and Archimidous street, 18346, Moschato, Greece, with General Commercial (GEMI) no. 121602601000, Tel. 2104847500, acting as Portfolio Manager for the activities described herein and also  as a contact point for the exercise of the Data Subjects’ rights with respect to the processing of their Personal Data addressed to the Controller.
