The Company’s Whistleblowing Policy is designed to ensure transparency, ethical conduct and compliance with both Greek and European legislation, reinforcing its commitment to zero tolerance for illegal or unethical actions. The Whistleblowing Policy:

  • establishes a framework for reporting illegal or unethical conduct,
  • provides secure channels for submitting reports, ensuring whistleblowers protection, anonymity and confidentiality,
  • complies with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Greek Law 4990/2022. 

What can you report?

Whistleblowing covers a wide range of violations, including breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, financial misconduct, abuse of power, ethical violations and personal data breaches. Specifically, reports may include:

  1. Violations of the Law (national or European).
  2. Breaches of Company's and/or Group's Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
  3. Financial misconduct, such us:
    • Fraud, corruption, bribery.
    • Money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT violations).
    • Misuse of corporate resources.
  4. Ethical and professional violations, such us:
    • Harassment (physical, psychological, sexual etc.).
    • Abuse of power.
    • Conflict of interest.
  5. Data Protection breaches and malicious management of information.
  6. Any attempt to cover up the aforementioned violations.

The reports (anonymous or named) should be submitted responsibly, in good faith and with professional integrity, through the following available channels:

Full protection is guaranteed for whistleblowers against any form of retaliation, while the assessment and response process ensures effective handling of reported violations.
