Change of Corporate Name of

Following our notification dated 21.02.2023 regarding the sale and transfer of the claims of the special purpose companies “Cairo No1 Finance Designated Activity Company” and “Cairo No2 Finance Designated Activity Company” to the special purpose company “INTRUM HELLAS DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, as well as the assignment of the servicing of the above claims to doValue Greece in its capacity as servicer, acting henceforth on behalf of and for the account of “INTRUM HELLAS DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, we inform you that, as of 3 December 2025, the corporate name of the beneficiary of the claims has been changed from "INTRUM HELLAS DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY" to "ORANGE HELLAS DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY".

This change concerns exclusively the corporate name of the beneficiary of the claims and does not affect any other of its details.
