CHANGE OF INTRUM HELLAS DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY CREDIT SERVICER – PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER NOTICE
DOVALUE GREECE LOAN AND CREDIT CLAIM MANAGEMENT COMPANY SA
Following our previous notice, through which we informed you that: (a) on 13.11.2017 the bank by the name of EUROBANK SA (former EUROBANK ERGASIAS SA) transferred its claims from all types of loans and/or debt, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of Greek Law 4354/2015 as in effect at the time of the transfer (hereinafter the Claims), to the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) "Intrum Hellas Designated Activity Company” registered in the Republic of Ireland (City Quay 50, Dublin 2, D02 F588, Dublin, Ireland), with company registration number 613412 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), (b) the Beneficiary assigned the credit servicing of the said Claims to “doValue Greece Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA”, trading under “doValue Greece” (former Eurobank FPS Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA), licensed by the Bank of Greece and operating as a credit servicing company in accordance with the provisions of Law 5072/2023 (Decision No. 507/1/09.07.2024 of the Credit and Insurance Committee, published in Government Gazette B/4257/19.07.2024) (hereinafter doValue Greece) and (c) the personal data of natural persons connected to these Claims in any capacity were transferred to doValue Greece, by order and on behalf of the Beneficiary, for the purposes of their servicing, we now announce the following:
On 07.10.2024 (hereinafter Date of Assignment to the New Servicer), the Beneficiary assigned the credit servicing of the Claims to INTRUM HELLAS SERVICER LOAN AND CREDIT CLAIM MANAGEMENT COMPANY SA trading under “INTRUM HELLAS SERVICER SA” (hereinafter the New Servicer), with General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) registration number 151946501000, in accordance with the legislative framework currently in force. The New Servicer is registered in Athens, Attica (109-111 Mesogeion Avenue, GR 11526) and is a servicer licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 508/9/26.07.2024 of the Credit and Insurance Committee, published in Government Gazette B/4471/31.07.2024). A summary of the relevant credit servicing agreement has been registered in the Public Register of Article 3 of Law 2844/2000 of the Athens Pledge Registry on the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer (under registration act no. 716/7.10.2024, Volume 18, No. 395).
To this end, doValue Greece informs the natural persons connected to the Claims in any capacity (such as debtors, co-debtors, guarantors, third-party real and/or other collateral offerers, curators, holders of parental responsibility, custodians, special or universal successors of the above, legal entity partners or their legal representatives, shareholders and true beneficiaries that are legal persons or entities, proxies, representatives, employees/associates, family members, lawyers or proxies of the above, notaries, bailiffs, will executors etc.) (hereinafter Data Subjects) that, as a result of the assignment of the Claims to the New Servicer, their personal data concerning or relating to the Claims were transferred to the New Servicer on the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer by doValue Greece, by order and on behalf of the Beneficiary (such as: identification details – full name, ID card number, number and details of the loan agreement / loan account, any collateral, debit balance, payments, contractual documents etc.) (hereinafter Personal Data). Starting from the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer, doValue Greece is no longer servicing the Claims by order of the Beneficiary.
After the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer, Personal Data shall be processed, in the context and for the purposes of their servicing, by the New Servicer, who acts as Controller of said personal data (per General Data Protection Regulation [Regulation (EU) 2016/679]).
