Credit Servicing Undertaking for
Leon Issuer Designated Activity Company
We inform you that on 13.03.2026, the National Bank of Greece S.A., having its registered seat in Greece at 86 Aiolou Street, Athens, Postal Code 10559, registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under No. 000237901000 and with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 094014201 / KE.FO.DE. Attica (hereinafter the “Transferor”), (hereinafter referred to as the “Transferor”), proceeded with the sale and transfer of receivables to the credit purchaser “LEON ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”. The servicing of the above receivables which the Transferor sold and assigned to “LEON ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, has been assigned to doValue Greece Loans and Credits Claims Management Société Anonyme, in its capacity as servicer, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5072/2023.
Specifically, in accordance with the provisions of article 21 par. 7 of Greek Law 5072/2023, as in force, on March, 13th 2026 (hereinafter “Transfer Date”), the Transferor proceeded with the sale and transfer of receivables from all types of loans and/or credits to the credit purchaser “LEON ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, having its registered office in Dublin, Ireland (32 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2) with registration number 703093 (hereinafter the “New Beneficiary”). A summary of the relevant sale and transfer agreement was registered with the Electronic Pledge Registry of Law 5123/2024 maintained by the Hellenic Cadastre, under registration act No. 1415/13.03.2026, through the filing of the publication form for agreements pursuant to Article 21(7) of Law 5072/2023.
As a result of the above, as of the above Transfer Date, the New Beneficiary became the beneficiary of all receivables of any nature arising from the relevant agreements (including any guarantees, collateral and any other ancillary rights thereof) and shall henceforth exercise all relevant rights. Concurrently with the acquisition of the above receivables, the New Beneficiary assigned their servicing to doValue Greece Loans and Credits Claim Management Société Anonyme, within the framework of a relevant agreement between them for the assignment of the servicing of such claims, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14(7) of Law 5072/2023, as in force (hereinafter the “Servicer”). A summary of the relevant servicing agreement was registered with the Electronic Pledge Registry of Law 5123/2024 maintained by the Hellenic Cadastre, under registration act No. 1416/13.03.2026, through the filing of the publication form for agreements concluded in accordance with Article 14 para. 7 of Greek Law 5072/2023.
As a result of the receivables’ transfer, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5072/2023, and the assignment of their servicing to the Servicer, the personal data of natural persons linked to the receivables under any capacity (indicatively: borrowers/creditors, debtors, co-debtors, guarantors, third-party collateral providers, special or universal successors of the above and/or natural persons who may be associated with the above, such as legal entity partners or their legal representatives, shareholders and true beneficiaries of legal persons or entities, proxies, representatives, employees/associates, family members, lawyers or agents of the above, notaries, bailiffs, as well as persons against whom the New Beneficiary may be entitled to collect the receivables, e.g. third parties against whom seizure or the right of offset may be imposed) (hereinafter the “Data Subjects”), were transmitted by the Transferor to the Servicer upon the order and on behalf of the New Beneficiary, exclusively for the purpose of transferring the receivables to the New Beneficiary and shall be processed in the context and for the purposes of their servicing by the Servicer as assigned by the New Beneficiary.
As of the Transfer Date, and throughout the entire period during which the New Beneficiary is the beneficiary of the receivables, the Servicer shall process the personal data of the Data Subjects, acting as an independent data controller, determining independently from the New Beneficiary the purposes and means of processing of the personal data. All relevant information on the processing of personal data by the Servicer (such as personal data categories, sources, purposes and legal basis for processing, rights for the protection of personal data, recipient categories, storage period, etc.), is described in the document entitled “Personal Data Processing Notice pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the relevant Greek legislation” of the Servicer, which is available here.
To the extent that the New Beneficiary proceeds with personal data processing, all relevant information (such as personal data categories, sources, purposes and legal basis for processing, rights for the protection of personal data, recipient categories, storage period etc.) is described in the document entitled "LEON ISSUER DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPAN".
