We inform you that on 04.04.2025, doValue Greece Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA undertook the credit servicing of further debt assigned by Alpha Bank SA to special purpose vehicle (SPV) “POSEIDON FINANCIAL INVESTOR DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, in the context of securitisation.
Specifically, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 10 and 14(13) of Law 3156/2003 on “Bond loans, securitisation of claims and claims from real estate and other provisions”, on 17 July 2020 (hereinafter “Transfer Date”), Alpha Bank SA, due to securitisation, transferred all its claims from all types of loans and/or debt to the Special Purpose Vehicle with the corporate name “POSEIDON FINANCIAL INVESTOR DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”, registered in the Republic of Ireland (15 Cape House Street, 1st floor, Westend Office Park, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland), with company registration number 668173 (hereinafter “SPV”). A summary of the relevant transfer agreement has been registered in the Public Register of Article 3 of Law 2844/2000 of the Athens Pledge Registry under agreement publication document registration act no. 283/17.07.2020 of Article 10(8) of Law 3156/2003 (Volume 11, No. 231). As a result of the above, as of the Transfer Date, the SPV became the beneficiary of all claims transferred (including any guarantees, collateral and any other spillover rights) and shall exercise all relevant rights. Moreover, upon acquiring the aforementioned rights, the SPV initially assigned their servicing to “CEPAL HELLAS LOAN AND CREDIT CLAIM MANAGEMENT COMPANY SA” (hereinafter “Initial Servicer”).
As of 04.04.2025 (hereinafter “Date of Servicing Undertaking by the New Servicer”), the SPV assigned the credit servicing of further claims, which are also part of the broader portfolio acquired by the SPV per the above, to doValue Greece Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 10(14 & 16) of Law 3156/2003 and Law 5072/2023, as in force (hereinafter the “New Servicer”). A summary of the relevant servicing agreement, together with the relevant list of individual claims assigned to the New Servicer (hereinafter “Individual Claims”), was registered in the Public Register of Article 3 of Law 2844/2000 of the Athens Pledge Registry under business credit servicing agreement publication document registration act no. 259/04.04.2025 of Article 10(14 & 16) of Law 3156/2003 (Volume 19, No. 420) on the Date of Servicing Undertaking by the New Servicer.
As a result of the Individual Claims credit servicing undertaking by the New Servicer, the personal data of natural persons linked to the Individual Claims under any capacity (for example: borrowers/creditors, debtors, co-debtors, guarantors, third-party collateral offerers, special or universal successors of the above and/or natural persons potentially associated with the above, such as legal entity partners or their legal representatives, shareholders and true beneficiaries of legal persons or entities, proxies, representatives, employees/associates, family members, lawyers or procedural representatives of the above, notaries, bailiffs, as well as people against whom the SPV is entitled to collect the Individual Claims, e.g. third parties against whom seizure or the right of offset may be imposed) (hereinafter “Data Subjects”), were transferred from the Initial Servicer to the New Servicer, by order and on behalf of the SPV, so that it may process them exclusively for the purpose of Individual Claims credit servicing.
As of the Date of Servicing Undertaking by the New Servicer, and for as long as the New Servicer is servicing the Individual Claims, the New Servicer shall process the personal data of the Data Subjects, acting as an independent data controller, specifying independently from the SPV the purposes for and means of personal data processing. All relevant information on the processing of personal data by the New Servicer (such as personal data categories, sources, purpose and legal basis for processing, rights for the protection of personal data, recipient categories, period kept, etc.) is described in the document entitled “Personal Data Processing Notice pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the relevant Greek legislation” of the Servicer.
To the extent that the SPV proceeds with personal data processing, all relevant information (such as personal data categories, sources, purpose and legal basis for processing, rights for the protection of personal data, recipient categories, period kept, etc.) is described in the document entitled “Privacy Notice – POSEIDON FINANCIAL INVESTOR DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY”.
