doValue Greece is actively supporting borrowers in their effort to return to smoother economic times, by contributing to the consolidation and growth of the Greek economy. Finding effective and sustainable solutions to pay off outstanding debts is a key priority for borrowers.

The sharp rise in the European Central Bank interest rates has placed a burden on the cost of loan repayments, also affecting the family budget of households that have taken out loans linked to the euro base rates,

Given this conundrum, in the upcoming period, we will introduce suitable programmes, aiming to freeze the floating base rates for performing mortgage loans taken out by individual borrowers (natural persons). These programmes will include specific terms and conditions, will be put into action by 05.05.2023 at the latest and will apply for 12 months. The initiatives will be adapted to each loan portfolio and aim to assist consistent borrowers who may potentially be facing obstacles in repaying their debts due to the rise in the loan base rates.

In addition, doValue Greece offers a range of debt settlement options to borrowers wishing to settle their debts with sustainable terms. As a debt servicer, our main mission is to resolve borrowing issues faced by households and businesses, consolidate the financial system and boost liquidity within the Greek economy.
