How can I register on / log into the Personalized e-platform for debtor’s information - My e-Servicing Portal?
To register on the Personalized e-platform for debtor’s information - My e-Servicing Portal, you must have an email address, mobile number and taxisnet credentials.
- • Choose “Register / Log in” and fill in the details requested.
- • Enter your email in the username field and a password of you choice, based on the password creation instructions on screen, in the password field.
- • You accept, after reading carefully, the privacy policy and terms of use of the platform and select Register.
- • You are redirected to the e-GoV platform to authenticate you with your taxisnet credentials. The authentication process takes place only when you register and is not necessary every other time you log into the platform.
- • Once you have registered successfully, you then enter your username and the password you chose when you registered to log into the platform from then onwards.
- • If you forget your password, choose “Forgot my credentials” and we will send you an email with a link to recover it.
- • If you have forgotten your Username, you can refer to the email you received during your registration process in My e-Servicing Portal which indicates the email you have declared as username. Otherwise, you will have to repeat your registration process. Your re-registration on the platform can be done by a different email than the one you have already used.

Where can I find / How can I recover my login credentials?
If you have forgotten your username, you can look for the email you received when you registered on the My e-Servicing Portal, where you can find the email you had registered as the username. If you have forgotten your password, choose “Forgot my credentials” and follow the instructions.
My login credentials are not working. What should I do?
Make sure you are entering the correct username and password. If you continue having problems, choose “Forgot my credentials” and follow the instructions to get a new password. Regarding the username, you can look for the email you received when you registered on the My e-Servicing Portal, where you can find the email you had registered as the username. Otherwise, you will need to repeat the registration process. You can re-register on the platform with a different email to the one you had already used.
I have debts in different portfolios. How can I be updated on all of them?
To be updated on your debts that are serviced by doValue Greece, go to My e-Servicing Portal. The information concerns all the portfolios.
How is the privacy of my debt status protected?
The privacy of all debtors using the My e-Servicing Portal is protected through the registration process, given that, to be concluded, the process requires:
- - verifying your mobile number and email address
- - concluding the authentication of your details through eGov-KYC (gov.gr)
I don’t have a mobile number / email. How can I proceed?
To log into the platform, it is necessary to have an email, a mobile number and taxisnet credentials, so your details can be authenticated. If one of these is not available, you can get updated on your debt by submitting a request online through doValue Greece Wizard.
What debt-related information is available on the platform?
Log into My e-Servicing Portal to view information about your debt, such as your next instalment, outstanding balance and interest rate. If, however, your debt does not appear on the My e-Servicing portal, you can submit your request online through doValue Greece Wizard.
I want to submit a request for my loan. How can I do that?

The debt I see to My e-Servicing Portal is wrong. I have made payments that have not been taken into account
Your loan debts are updated the 5th working day of each month with a reference date of the end of the previous month and are not your current debt. In this context, possible changes after that date have not been taken into account and are not reflected.
How can I pay my debt? Can I make payments through the platform?
Find out all the available payment methods for your debt here. Direct payments are not available through the platform.
I want to settle my loan/card. How can I do that?
Go to doValue Greece Wizard and submit a debt settlement request online.
Is my debt status the most up-to-date one?
Your loan debts are updated the 5th working day of each month with a reference date of the end of the previous month and are not your current debt.
My debt does not appear online. What should I do?
If you can’t locate your debt, submit a request though our e-services here and we will sent you a balance statement online.
What is the process for recovering the platform login credentials?
If you have forgotten or blocked your login credentials, you can recover them online. Choose “Forgot my credentials”.
My details on e-Gov are wrong. What should I do?
Go to the e-Gov website and find out how to edit your details through eGov-KYC (gov.gr).
What specifications should my browser have?
To use my e-Servicing, you must have installed the latest version of your browser on your computer:

How often should I renew my password?
For your own security, every 90 days the system asks you to set a new password to log in.
To change your password, you need to type in your old password once and your new password twice.
Alternatively, you can change your password as often as you like. Choose “Forgot my credentials”.
Why is authentication through e-Gov necessary?
In the context of protecting the privacy of all debtors using the My e-Servicing Portal, the public e-Gov platform is the most suitable way to authenticate you.
Which of my details will be stored so I can use the platform?
Through the platform, we store your contact details, full name, mobile number and the email you use to register.
Is it mandatory to register on the platform so I can access the debts serviced by doValue?
Registering on the My e-Servicing Portal is necessary if you wish to be updated on your debts online.
I am a legal representative and I also have personal debts. Do I log in with the same credentials?
You will need to register twice. Once as an individual and once as a legal representative of the company you represent. You log in with a different set of credentials for your personal debts, with the personal email you used to register. For business debts for the company you legally represent, we suggest you use your business email when you register.
