Fully integrated into the doValue ecosystem, the IRIS Payments service utilizes the infrastructure of the interbank payment system managed by DIAS S.A., under the supervision of the Bank of Greece, and provided by the largest Greek banks.
Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence tools as part of its ongoing digital evolution, doValue Greece creates a simplified, integrated service experience for debtors, enhancing their convenience, trust, and efficiency.
IRIS Payments offers:
• Instant money transfers in real time directly from the customer's bank account
• Simplicity: Users log into the My e-Servicing Portal, a personalized information platform offered by doValue, through the site dovaluegreece.gr and complete payments in a few simple steps without having to enter IBAN numbers or other banking information.
• Security: Transactions are carried out with high interbank security and transparency standards.
• Speed: Payments are confirmed and recorded in real time.
• Free: There is absolutely no charge to the user.
Most Greek banks support the IRIS Payments service, including National Bank, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, Credia Bank, and Viva Wallet.
