We aim to develop our people’s full potential by offering a wide and singular training program that suits all business needs by developing the key competencies and boosting a lifelong learning.
Our training culture follows the 70/20/10 approach and is based on the following points:
- 70% learning by doing: participation in different projects, taking on new tasks, position changes & temporary rotation programs among others.
- 20% learning from others: attending or conducting internal training sessions and participating on specific projects where learning a new task. Mentoring and coaching programs are also part of this learning.
- 10% formal learning experiences: courses offered by the Company within the annual Training Plan that are relevant to the current role or future development. Formal face-to-face or online training actions.
Boosting your career

In doValue we also deliver an annual Group Leadership Program to equip our leaders with the best managerial skills and knowledge to empower their teams and ensure their continuous development with coaching sessions.

Our people’s voice and experience
We build our value proposition from our employee’s voice, by constantly measuring and acting from the feedback we receive from them. In this way we provide different spaces for communication, opinion and knowledge exchange.
The People Engagement Survey, is our main initiative run annually for the whole doValue Group. It aims to get insights regarding our people’s experience in the Company and expectations for the future, in order to define new actions that will have positive impact in their day-to-day work life and will help us create a shared vision among the different companies as a Group.
