From a DEI perspective, our purpose is to enjoy diversity within doValue Group, promoting a respectful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, with special focus on Gender, Disability, Generation and Multiculturalism.
We work daily to create a workplace that embraces diversity and fosters an inclusive culture that supports individual and organizational development.
Throughout the year we organize training programs and informational events to inform our employees about unconscious bias and our company's inclusion policy.
July 1, doValue Greece made a significant move with the signing of the Diversity Charter. By participating in the Diversity Charter, the company is committed to implementing equality of opportunity and diversity within the company, ensuring equal treatment of its human resources, regardless of gender, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, genetic background, religious or other beliefs, disability or chronic condition, age, marital or social status, sexual orientation, identity or gender characteristics.
The Diversity Charter, a European Commission initiative to promote diversity in business, was established in Greece in 2019. Greece became the 23rd country to sign the Charter. Its aim is to serve as a means of commitment for the implementation of equal opportunities and diversity in every working environment in Greece. In our country, the Diversity Charter is implemented by KEAN in cooperation with the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion - D&I.
