Change of Pillar Finance Designated Activity Company Credit Servicer – Personal data transfer notice
Following our previous notice, through which we informed you that: (a) on 18.06.2019 the bank by the name of EUROBANK SA (former EUROBANK ERGASIAS SA) transferred its claims from all types of loans and/or debt, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10(8) of Greek Law 3156/2003 and Articles 455 et seq. of the Civil Code (hereinafter the Claims), to the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) "Pillar Finance Designated Activity Company” registered in the Republic of Ireland (Fourth Floor, 3 George's Dock, IFSC, Dublin 1), with company registration number 621156 (hereinafter Pillar Finance DAC), (b) Pillar Finance DAC assigned the credit servicing of the said Claims to doValue Greece Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA, trading under doValue Greece (former Eurobank FPS Loan and Credit Claim Management Company SA), licensed by the Bank of Greece and operating as credit servicing company in accordance with the provisions of Law 4354/2015 (Decision No. 220/1/13.03.2017 of the Credit and Insurance Committee, published in Government Gazette B/880/16.3.2017) (hereinafter doValue Greece) and (c) the personal data of natural persons connected to these Claims in any capacity were transferred to doValue Greece, by order and on behalf of Pillar Finance DAC, for the purposes of their servicing, we now announce the following:
On 16.05.2023 (hereinafter Date of Assignment to the New Servicer), Pillar Finance DAC assigned the credit servicing of the Claims to QQUANT MASTER SERVICER LOAN AND CREDIT CLAIM MANAGEMENT COMPANY SINGLE-MEMBER SA trading under “QQUANT MASTER SERVICER SINGLE MEMBER SA» (hereinafter the New Servicer), with General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) registration number143190101000, in accordance with the legislative framework currently in force. The New Servicer is registered in Marousi, Attica (66 Kifisias Avenue, GR 15125) and is a servicer pursuant to Law 4354/2015, licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 247/1/14.11.2017 of the Credit and Insurance Committee, published in Government Gazette B/4171/30.11.2017).
To this end, doValue Greece informs the natural persons connected to the Claims in any capacity (such as borrowers, guarantors, third-party collateral offerers, special or universal successors of the above, legal entity partners or their legal representatives, shareholders and true beneficiaries that are legal persons or entities, proxies, representatives, employees/associates, family members, lawyers or proxies of the above, notaries, bailiffs etc.) (hereinafter Data Subjects) that as a result of the assignment of the Claims to the New Servicer, their personal data concerning or relating to the Claims (hereinafter Personal Data) were transferred to the New Servicer on the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer by doValue Greece, by order and on behalf of Pillar Finance DAC, for the purposes of servicing the Claims. Starting from the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer, doValue Greece is no longer servicing the Claims by order of Pillar Finance DAC.
After the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer, Personal Data shall be processes by the New Servicer, as assigned by Pillar Finance DAC, in the context and for the purposes of their servicing. Specifically, with regard to the purposes of servicing the Claims starting from the Date of Assignment to the New Servicer, the Data Subjects may contact the New Servicer as provided in the New Servicer’s Data Protection Policy, which is posted on: https://www.qquant.gr/en/personal-data-protection-policy-en/.
