The Code of Conduct of the doValue Group applies to all our human resources and to every person working with our Group, either providing services or implementing a project. It has been approved by the Board of Directors.

Principles, rules and types of conduct
The Code of Conduct lays down a series of principles, rules and types of conduct all persons acting in their professional capacity must comply with.
Everyone working for the doValue Group must abide by our principles:

- Loyalty
- Integrity
- Transparency
- Sustainability
We train our employees and associates so that they:
- Understand the provisions of the Code of Conduct of the doValue Group.
- Operate in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework in force as well as with internal policies and procedures.
Internal Code of Conduct
The internal Code of Conduct of doValue Greece, which complements the Code of Conduct of the Group, is also in effect, complementing the former.
It further specifies how we are supposed to conduct ourselves when carrying out our professional duties.
