doValue Greece manages 13 portfolios with a total exposure exceeding €37 billion. See our portfolios, what they include, their total exposure, when they were securitised and other features.

CREDITABLE (Virgo)

40,000 loans from 30,000 borrowers, part of the Frontier portfolio acquired by doValue Greece in 2021. It is one of the first transactions in the secondary market. The portfolio mostly consists of non-performing consumer loans, mortgage loans and small business loans.

Solar

It is the first joint action by all four systemic Greek banks to assign a non-securitised portfolio of SME loans.

It includes claims amounting to €1.8 billion from 325 Greek SMEs with debts to at least two systemic Greek banks.

The servicing was assigned to doValue Group in 2018 and as of August 2021, it is serviced by doValue Greece, after the successful conclusion of the merger with doValue Hellas.

Icon

The Icon portfolio includes more than 1,500 debtors with €2.6 billion in total debts.

The Icon portfolio was assigned to doValue Greece in 2021 and pertains to the management on non-performing loans (NPLs) sold by the National Bank of Greece (NBG).

Mexico

It is a large exposure portfolio, part of which has been securitised.

Frontier

This portfolio is valued at €7 billion in total and includes 200,000 loans from 90,000 debtors.

The portfolio was assigned to doValue Greece in 2021 and is one of the largest securitised portfolios in Greece.

It mostly consists of non-performing mortgage loans, business loans and small business loans. A small percentage pertains to personal loans.

Flagship

It is a large exposure portfolio, part of which has been securitised.

Cairo III

It pertains to the management of a non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio securitised and sold by Eurobank.

The Cairo III portfolio includes total claims of around €2.6 billion from around 1,800 debtors.

The Cairo III portfolio was securitised in 2019 and is the 1st major securitisation in Greece that was included in the Hercules scheme.

Pillar

It is a non-performing mortgage loan portfolio for a total claim of around €1.9 billion.

Cairo I

It is a portfolio that includes claims from personal, mortgage and SME loans valued at around €1.8 billion in total.

Eclipse

The Eclipse portfolio includes a total claim of €2.8 billion from personal loans.

The Eclipse portfolio was the first Greek non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio, which was sold to Intrum in November 2017. It was assigned to doValue Greece in the same year.

Polis

The Polis portfolio includes a total claim of €0.1 billion from mortgage loans.

Cairo II

The Cairo II portfolio includes a total claim of €2.9 billion from personal, mortgage and SME loans.

ERB Retained

It is a portfolio that arose from the strategic partnership between doValue Greece and Eurobank for the management of non-performing exposures (NPEs) from personal, mortgage and business loans, for a total claim of around €9 billion.
