COVID-19: Employee Protection and Safety
At doValue Greece we employ approximately 1,000 people. We take all the necessary measures to ensure their protection and safety, with a deep sense of responsibility.
High teleworking percentage
Wherever possible, we have a high rate of teleworking, higher than the quota imposed by the legislation in force.
COVID tests are performed and 15-day teleworking is applied for the entire staff upon returning from the summer holidays.
Strict implementation of protection protocols
We strictly implement all measures / protocols for protecting our people and limiting the spread of the virus. For example:
- Keeping distances
- Distributing masks and hand sanitizers free of charge
- Disinfecting all work areas
- Installing thermal cameras for temperature measurement before entry in the work areas
- Installing special filters in lifts
- Prohibiting face-to-face meetings
Medical services
Voluntary vaccination against the flu is carried out for those employees who are interested and eligible under the relevant State directive.
The doValue occupation physician provides medical advice and examinations on a permanent basis.
