doValue Greece at the 13th Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career

doValue Greece participated again this year as a Silver Sponsor at the Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career, on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 April at the Megaron Music Hall.

The doValue Greece People Department enthusiastically welcomed the interested candidates at the doValue booth, presented the doValue Group, the company's BusinessDays 2023 and the internship program that provides the opportunity for an Internship in the company. At the same time, they answered questions from visitors and future executive candidates and shared the growth and career prospects at doValue Greece during the first day of presence at the Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Careers. In the "Meet the Executives" session, Panorama participants had the opportunity to listen to George Sanidas, People Business Partner at doValue Greece and learn more about "What an HR Business Partner does at doValue". 

On the second day, Saturday, April 8th, the participants listened to Mr. George Karavokyris, Head of Securitizations Management | Transactions & Advisory at doValue Greece in the Panel on "Trends and Employment Opportunities in the Financial Industry" In the "Meet the Executives" session the audience had the opportunity to listen to Antonis Christopoulos, Strategy Manager at doValue Greece and learn more about "What a Data Analyst does at doValue".

On both days, representatives of the People Department participated in "Round Tables" discussing with participants about the company and their employment prospects.

doValue Greece participated in the 47th Career Days of The American College of Greece

On Tuesday, March 28, we participated in the 47th Deree - American College of Greece Career Days. Representatives  of doValue Greece's People Department enthusiastically welcomed Deree students and shared with them more about our Vision, Values and Employment Prospects at doValue.

doValue Greece participated in the Live Assessment Center for the 16th General Cycle of ReGeneration

At doValue we support young people and young Bachelor & Master graduates in their first professional steps! On February 23rd 2023, doValue Greece's People Department participated with an experienced member of the team as an Assessor in the Live Assessment Center for the 16th General Cycle of ReGeneration. We had the opportunity to meet the candidates who participated in a valuable program that gives very useful skills to the participants, with the aim of highlighting the finalists of the program. Through this partnership with Regeneration, the people of doValue are also contributing to the main objective of the program, the professional empowerment of the country's young people and especially their integration into the labour market.

doValue Greece Business Day "Value your future"​ 13/01/2023

doValue Greece, in cooperation with Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career, held the first Business Day "Value your future" on Friday, January 13th, welcoming students and graduates of Higher and University Schools. Mr. Tasos Panousis, CEO of doValue Greece and Mr. George Papanikolaou Chief People Officer of the company welcomed the participants, emphasizing the importance of this initiative for our company. The event was honored with the presence of Professor Iordanis Ladopoulos, the initiator of the Entrepreneurship and Career Panorama.

The participants had the opportunity to get to know doValue and to be informed by its executives about the Vision, its course and its prospects.  At the same time, they were given the opportunity to actively participate in the business workshops designed specifically for this day, giving the participants the opportunity to work in real case scenarios under the supervision of company executives, knowing the basic operations of the company. The selected teams had the opportunity to present their results.

The doValue Greece Business Days also included an open dialogue on issues of concern to the students with the CEO, the Management Team and Human Resources. Participants were then given the opportunity to participate, if they wished, in the selection process for doValue Greece's Internships 2023 Program. The Talent & Employee Experience, People Unit of doValue Greece participated in an Alumni Series Lecture held by the ΜΒΑ International of the Athens University of Economics and Business on 29 November. They presented the company and held a workshop for students and alumni entitled: “Unlock Career Opportunities: Design your Networking Strategy”

doValue Greece took active part in “Career Days AUEB 2021” held by the AUEB Career Office on 2 & 3 November. The People team of doValue Greece welcomed new talent, shared our common vision and values, and selected those who will make our team even stronger. We gladly welcomed talented young people online and offered them the opportunity to discover new prospects for a professional career at doValue Greece.

Our doValue Greece People team attended the Alba Careers Expo | Storytellers' Project, supported by the Alba Graduate Business School and Alba Careers & Alumni. It was an exceptional opportunity to get to know new talent, help them explore career opportunities and discuss their professional ambitions.

The aim of our participation was to enhance our corporate identity and reach out to young professionals with skills that meet the current and future needs of doValue Greece. We welcomed talent specialising in Banking & Finance in a specially designed virtual environment.
