Supporting documents for financial assessment

What you need to submit to doValue Greece for the assessment of your financial situation in order to settle your debts, if you are an individual or have a company with an annual turnover of up to €1,000,000 on average during the last 3 fiscal years.

If you are an individual

Find out what you need to submit for the assessment of your financial situation, if you are an individual principal debtor, co-debtor or guarantor in loan contracts.

Proof of identity

Bring your ID card or valid passport.

Proof of income and tax information

Bring all the supporting documents that prove your financial information:

  1. The Standardised Financial Statement, fully filled in and signed.
  2. E1 tax return (latest) and income tax return statement (latest)
  3. ENFIA property tax statement (latest)
  4. Tax debt settlement statement, if any

Proof of employment

If you are a salaried employee, bring your most recent payslip.

If you are a pensioner, bring your pension payslip (latest).

If you have applied for pension, bring the application (signed and stamped by the social insurance fund). If you have applied for pension at IKA, we accept a printed copy of the application, with no stamp or signature.

If you are unemployed, bring a current unemployment card from the Labour Employment Office (OAED) or a solemn declaration under Law 1599/1986 proving you are unemployed.

If you are a self-employed professional or have a sole proprietorship company

Find out what you need to submit for the assessment of your financial situation, if you are an individual principal debtor, co-debtor or guarantor in loan contracts.

Proof of identity

Bring your ID card or valid passport.

Proof of income and tax information

Bring all the supporting documents that prove your financial information:

  1. The Standardised Financial Statement, fully filled in and signed.
  2. E1 tax return (latest) and income tax return statement (latest)
  3. E3 form (last 3 years)
  4. Available Φ2 periodic VAT statements (current and previous financial year) and Φ1 VAT return statement (latest)
  5. ENFIA property tax statement (latest)
  6. Tax clearance certificate and tax debt settlement statement, if any

​​​​​​​If your company has double-entry books (category C), you must also bring:

  1. Financial statements (last 2 years)
  2. General ledger trial balance, second level accounts (current and previous financial year)

If your company has single-entry books (category B)

Find out what you need to submit to certify your financial information if you are a company principal debtor, co-debtor or guarantor in loan contracts.

  1. Bank Debt Statement for companies, filled in and signed
  2. E3 form (last 3 years), with the TAXISnet electronic code
  3. Available Φ2 periodic VAT statements (current and previous financial year) and Φ1 VAT return statement (latest)
  4. ENFIA property tax statement (latest)
  5. Tax clearance certificate and tax debt settlement statement, if any. If for any reason a tax clearance certificate cannot be issued, submit a solemn declaration describing in detail the tax debt of the company or the non-existence of debt.
  6. Tax clearance certificate and social insurance debt settlement statement, if any
  7. Actual cash flow of the last financial year and budgeted cash flow for the next 3 years

If your company has double-entry books (category C)

Find out what you need to submit to certify your financial information if you are a company principal debtor, co-debtor or guarantor in loan contracts.

  1. Bank Debt Statement for companies, filled in and signed
  2. E3 form (last 3 years), with the TAXISnet electronic code
  3. Published financial statements (last 3 years) along with the chartered accountant certificate, if any. Annex or the annual Financial Report (for companies that prepare their financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards). If your company is under no obligation to publish such information, balance sheets must be submitted with the indication FINAL, signed and stamped.
  4. General ledger trial balance, second level accounts (current and previous financial year), with record keeping, period flow, monthly flow and balances
  5. ENFIA property tax statement (latest)
  6. Tax clearance certificate and tax debt settlement statement, if any. If for any reason a tax clearance certificate cannot be issued, submit a solemn declaration describing in detail the tax debt of the company or the non-existence of debt.
  7. Tax clearance certificate and social insurance debt settlement statement, if any
  8. Actual cash flow of the last financial year and budgeted cash flow for the next 3 years

After contacting the officer assigned to your case, you must also bring:

  1. Analysis of last-level accounts (for accounts 18, 33, 45, 50, 52 and 53) for the financial statements and required information (current and previous financial year)
  2. Tax compliance certificate, if issued by a chartered accountant
