After filling out the digital platform fields with your company’s general details, income data, real estate, other assets and debts, you need to submit to the platform all documents necessary for doValue Greece to be able to assess the validity of your application and suggest the appropriate solution and/or final settlement of your company’s debt.
In accordance with joint ministerial decision 145947/2023 (GG 5909/Β/10-10-2023) of the Greek Ministers of Economy and Finance, Digital Governance, and Bank of Greece Governor, issued under article 39 of Law 4818/2021, regarding the assessment of the financial situation of a company principal debtor, co-debtor or guarantor of loan contracts, the applicant may attach the following documents:
For companies:
- Tax clearance certificate
- Social security contributions payment certificate
- Tax settlement certificate (when applicable)
- Certificate, issued by the competent first instance court, of inclusion or non-inclusion in the scope of the Bankruptcy law
- Published financial statements (last 3 years) along with the chartered accountant certificate and Annex or annual Financial Report
- General ledger trial balance, second level accounts (current and previous financial year)
- Recent analysis of debt (per credit category) and letters of guarantee, per domestic and/or foreign bank, as well as analysis of debt to leasing and factoring companies
- Photocopies of commencement of activity certificates (for new companies) and any modifications thereof, from the local tax office
- Parent company E3 form (latest)
- Latest E1 form of guarantor
- Guarantor’s statement of assets and liabilities (latest E9 form)
- Company owner’s ENFIA property tax statement
- Guarantor’s E1 form (last 3 years)
- Company owner’s E1 form (latest)
- Company owner’s statement of assets and liabilities (latest E9 form)
- Company owner’s tax return (latest)
- Photocopy of company owner’s ID card
- Company business or restructuring plan
- Main shareholder/partner participation in the financing plan
- Sector growth outlook
- Estimated future cash flows
- Business plan risk factors and their impact on repayment ability / possible measures to avoid such risks and their impact.
- Parent company E1 form (latest)
- Parent company statement of assets and liabilities (latest E9 form)
- Parent company ENFIA property tax statement
- Balance sheet (within last 3 years)
- Balance sheet annex (within last 3 years)
- Final trial balance, second level accounts (last financial year), signed by an accountant
- Last month and previous financial year trial balance, second level accounts, signed by an accountant
- Judicial solvency certificate
- Debt settlement certificate issued by the Institute of Social Insurance and tax authorities (when applicable)
- Proof of expenses (extraordinary or recurrent)
- General Commercial Registry certificate for inactive company not placed under liquidation
- Periodic VAT return (latest Φ2 form).
